Mr Mahajan has an unique well-rounded experience of over 35 years in industry at a senior level in marketing , manufacturing, projects,automation and consultancy services. He is a coach and consultant for International business and CSR.
His expertise lies in Export Development, Business Strategy, Strategic alliances and Institutional Development.. As CBI external expert he has coached and provided hand-holding guidance to more than 100 companies in the SME sector in electronic, electrical, engineering, automotive, automation, subcontracting, castings and process equipment sectors in building up their export capability.
He is the First Chairman Entrepreneur International, Founder President of Entrepreneurs’ Club Pune, Founder President First Mechatronics Cluster in India, Founder President Institute for Export Development, Founder and Steering Committee Member Quality Forum of India, member editorial advisory board Industrial Mart Magazine.
He pioneered Industry Standards Development in electrical industry in India.
An advocate of continuous learning, he keeps abreast with latest developments in technology and management science by active participation in seminars, training courses and International Fairs on topical subjects and shares his thoughts and views openly with industry at various forums. Has participated in a number of delegations to different countries to promote international trade.
Ex-Vice President of Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association (IEEMA).
Has contributed immensely to growth of electrical industry by projecting industry view point at different forums.
Has been a Chairman/member of several committees of industry associations and national committees on Standardisation and Quality.
